- Complimentary stay for children up to 11 years old
- Children up to 11 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast when parents book an apartment with breakfast included.
- Complimentary participation in kids club activities for children between 4-11 years old
- Complimentary airport transfers from and to the airport of Heraklion (HER) for guests staying in the Serenity Suites
Make your family getaway even more enjoyable with our flexible dining plans:
- Breakfast: €16 per adult, per night. (Children dine complimentary when adults include breakfast in their stay.)
- Half Board (Breakfast & Dinner): €43 per adult, per night, and €16 per child, per night.

- Go Flexible: Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival. A 20% refundable deposit will be charged upon booking to secure your reservation and the rest will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival
